That works for me over the weekend. But now I'm back at work for 9 hours and I cannot take a nap. I've been going to be earlier but I still feel exhausted when I get up.
I'm falling asleep earlier. Which for me means less reading, so that sucks. I also sit down for slow times while I'm working, or right when I get home. No naps for this girl
Fatigue hasn't hit me yet surprisingly! I remember last time I felt like I was in a coma state. I went to bed super early and took lots of naps. If it hits this time I will be napping when dd naps and getting to bed earlier. Last time it lasted until about 11-12 weeks.
BFP: 5/23/14 Baby #2 (It's a Girl!: Madeline Jenny):
I'm always tired! DS doesn't sleep great, so I think this time around my body is just used to it. Hoping it doesn't get too bad. I already go to bed around 9pm.
I have coffee in the morning to get started, otherwise I feel like a nap as soon as I get to work. Today I took a 15 minute pseudo nap, since I couldn't actually fall asleep. I try to go to bed early, but my nausea is worst at night and I have a hard time getting comfortable right now. I just keep trying to go to bed earlier, and sleep in until the last minute. lol I have a flexible work schedule so as long as I can get there by around 9 I'm fine. then I just hang in there the rest of the way.
