2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
I'm still struggling with getting all my runs in. I got one long run in this week and that was it. I switch over to day shift in two weeks and I'm really hoping that'll help.
GTKY: Did you play sports in school? Which ones?
I played volleyball, ran cross-country, indoor&outdoor track, softball, and soccer. When I left for college I played soccer, rugby, and softball.
1) How far along are you? 8 weeks!
2) How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track? I did terribly, since being diagnosed with my subchorionic hemorrhage they don't want me running, hopefully it's gone by next Friday and my workouts can resume!
GTKY: Did you play sports in school? Which ones? Yes- I was a swimmer, track and field runner and a cheerleader (yes it qualifies as a sport
2. How did you do this past week? If you didn't reach your goals, what will you do to get back on track?
To be honest, I haven't been trying very hard since I found out. I think I was just kind of shocked at first and hadn't really decided what I wanted my fitness goals to be during pregnancy. But now I have! I have a lot of stretch and yoga videos on my tv. So my goal is to do at least 3 workouts a weeks, whether it be a video or a long walk, and 1 stretch session.
3. I did cheer and dance team in HS.
What did I do? I walked a hill interval program on the treadmill yesterday.
GTKY: I have danced since I was five years old. Love it.
P.s. I'm trying to start running again. I was in a steady routine before my bfp, but I've been so nauseous that any activity has been difficult.
Eta: My goal is to maintain or gain an appropriate amount of weight. Exercise at least 3x/week

Jan 15 NOV siggy challenge:
I'm not sure now far along I am. My best guess is 5 weeks 4 days.
Last week...I didn't have goals. In was still in shock about being pregnant. I was in a biggest loser challenge and my DH just got me a fit bit. I was doing so well! I am about 40-50 pounds heavier than what i feel like I should weigh (non-pregnant) and about 20-30 pounds more than what is probably ok to weigh and I look ok even if I hate the number. I'm where I was at the end of my 2nd trimester of pregnancy with baby #2 right now.
My future goal is to track my activity, keep running 4+ times per week, give up soda, and eat close to my calorie goals. I hope to stay at or lose weight in first trimester by being healthy.
GTKY: I ran track and cross county in HS. My team won states 2 of the 4 years I ran XC, but I wasn't running at states.
2) I got to yoga and ran twice last week, that's about all I could manage with this nausea. I think I just need to accept that some times this will happen and I'm ok with that. There will be days when it's just not in the cards.
