For the last few appointments (they have been weekly scans due to the Kiddo coming in rather small on a previous growth measurement), Kiddo has basically not changed positions from breech. His head is tucked right under my right rib cage, and feet down by my bladder (oh joy), getting ready for the World Cup this summer. And based on my own uneducated guess of his body position, I don't think he has ever even tried out the left side of my body, much less tried to stick his head near the exit sign.
Since I will be a FTM and obviously clueless, can someone tell me at what point I should start freaking out, or trying inversions and stuff, to move him from breech?
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Re: When to worry about breech baby?
13 yr old boy with ASD, ADHD and PICA, 11 yr old boy, 3 yr old Girl, & baby Girl.
My ob said we will start talking about an aversion and/or c-section at 36 weeks. That's at this Friday's appointment. Hopefully, this kid gets it's act together and heads towards the exit soon!
The RN who did my NST today told me she had a friend who got 3 babies to turn from breach by putting a speaker between the thighs the night before her scheduled c-sections. I just may try that!
