3rd Trimester

Sharp pain - feels like my urethra is being yanked out!

Anyone else experiencing this? I am 37w + 2 days and have had this pain on and off since 34 weeks. It started about two days before I passed a kidney stone. They said there was still debris in my bladder so I assumed thats what this residual pain was. It went away for a while and now it is back! No pain during urination, no blood in urine, no fever, no back pain, negative for UTI. It isn't constant but its been pretty frequent over the last few days when I walk around or when the baby moves it feels like she is trying to rip out my urethra and it stops be dead in my tracks. Pain only lasts a few seconds but its very sharp. I've heard some ladies say it is the baby putting pressure on my cervix. Anyone else feeling this? I'm going to talk to the doctor at my appointment tomorrow.

I know the baby's head is "right there" so that must be it. As long as I sit and don't move I'm fine LOL. But if I get up and walk around it happens. Funny how it feels like someone is ripping out my urethra, I figured cervical pain would be "deeper" if that makes sense. But of course I have no idea!

It stops me dead in my tracks and sometimes hunches me over. Hopefully that means baby is ready to come any time now!! I swear its happened every time I've gotten up today - along with some menstrual like cramping.
