Re: Weekly High Risk Check-in -- 6/2
1. How far along are you now? 13w1day
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? Nope... not till the end of the month. My OB is "treating me like a real pregnant woman now"... i.e. my SCH may be resolving so we don't need weekly check-ins.
3. How are your symptoms? UGH! I have diarrhea, nausea, and still freakin exhausted. Could be though because i can't exercise, do normal things...
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)?
I have 2 furbabies, Snickypants (snickers) and ollie (Oliver). 2 kittehs i rescued hmm... 7 years ago now!
1. How far along are you now? 14 weeks tomorrow!
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? I have my next appointment on Friday.
3. How are your symptoms? I'm nervous because I haven't had any symptoms except RLP. I know it's normal to feel better in 2nd tri, but I'll be nervous until I can feel movements.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? I have none at my home, but lots at the farm. Lots and lots of goats.
my read shelf:
12 weeks 1 day.
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc?
I have an appt with my endo today. The big change in my insulin dosage almost two weeks ago has not gone well. So, I'm nervous. I also have a special u/s tomorrow to check on my suspected placenta previa. Finally, I have my regular OB appt on Friday.
3. How are your symptoms?
Mild but present. I still have a lot of nausea and my belly is growing a lot so I have a lot of stretching pains.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)?
I have two cats. They are both senior citizens and one is very sick right now. I'm afraid we may be at the end. It's been a really hard couple of days.
1. How far along are you now? 10w4d! Finally in double digits.
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? I have an ultrasound and appointment tomorrow afternoon. I'm nervous but still very excited. I *think* if all goes well, I'll finally be able to relax and realize this is really happening.
3. How are your symptoms? Most of them come and go (light nausea, exhaustion, etc.), but my boob pain is pretty much 24/7. And I just started with the oh-so-lovely constipation. Ugh.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? We have two cats, Nimbus and Stratus.
1. How far along are you now? 12 weeks tomorrow
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? Nada; ordered a doppler today though so hopefully I'll be able to hear the little one's heartbeat regularly. Been feeling a little movement every couple days, so that's been reassuring, too.
3. How are your symptoms? Generally improved; boobs are less tender, MS is pretty random and I am usually feeling good for most of the day. Finally found the perfect sleeping position so that's helped a lot; getting a good night's rest makes a world of difference!
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? I've got two kitties; Cinderella is 6yrs old and Xander turns 1 year this month! Both are rescue kitties.
1. How far along are you now? 13w2d
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? I met with MFM this morning and had my first trimester screening ultrasound. Everything looked great with the baby, measuring a week ahead. The MFM dr needs some time to research my condition so I have to go back next week to find out if I need to be transferred to another hospital again for delivery. Also had blood drawn for the Maternit21 test today
3. How are your symptoms? Cannot wait until the nausea lets up
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? No furbabies for us
1. How far along are you now? 10 weeks, 4 days
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? Nothing this week, ugh! My u/s was so long ago!
3. How are your symptoms? Nausea is beginning to let up, yeah!! My boobs still hurt like hell! Sex drive is coming back, but I am too afraid to have sex
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? 3 cats Gus, Jake, and Layla
Also, I shouldn't make it sound like my sugars aren't controlled. Well, I guess they aren't perfectly right now but they're not horrible. They're just not nice and even like I want them to be. And I'm upset at my endo for dicking around with my insulin levels this way.
Next appointment is NTS next Monday.
Bleeding from small SCH has finally stopped, I think... spotted for weeks, that was annoying!
GTKY: we have a b&w cat named Boston who is currently living at my parents' house. DH and I are currently renting a small space and he is allergic to her- was not such a problem in our bigger house!
1. How far along are you now?
10w3d
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc?
MFM tomorrow! Hopefully Verifi, too.
3. How are your symptoms?
Just tired. So tired.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)?
2 rescue dogs - one is a pitbull, one is a german shep. An orange tabby, and lots of fishes
1. How far along are you now? 11 weeks, 2 days
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? Not yet- bloodwork tomorrow morning, then two appointments the following week
3. How are your symptoms? not much right now - except I have bump envy
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? Mylo (4 lb Yorkie), Brooklyn (10 lb Yorkie mix), and Caspian (1,0000 palomino horse). Giving up horseback riding has been really difficult...
1. How far along are you now? 13 weeks. I'm officially considering myself in the second trimester now.
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? Anxiously awaiting my Panorama test results.
3. How are your symptoms? Better! I feel well enough to start going to a prenatal yoga class a few times a week. Still needing lots of sleep though.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? I have a silly little Jack Russel Terrier named Simon. He considers himself the protector of my belly and won't let any other animals near me.
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc? None this week, but hoping and praying for good panorama results in the next couple days.
3. How are your symptoms? None really.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)? Two dogs and a cat. Dogs named Goliath and Dale. A cat named Woodcock.
1. How far along are you now?
10 weeks
2. Any updates - doctors appointments, ultrasounds, labwork, etc?
Next appointment is 06/23 - seems like forever!
3. How are your symptoms?
Very slightly better. I finally got some nausea medicine this week. I had to have it specially compounded due to severe food allergies. It cost $90 for ~7 days!! Ugh! It does seem to be helping a bit with my severe and frequent vomiting though. I also finally started thyroid meds this week - seem to have a bit more energy - which is nice.
4. GTKY: What furbabies do you have at home (if any)?
Our first baby - Blue! A little hound dog we rescued off the highway almost 5 years ago. She's our everything right now - truly like a child to us! :-)
Dr appt EVERY Monday@ 645 am. ....updates: baby B still has tachycardia not sure why I hope it'll rectify itself but I do. Other than that babies are good. My sugars are still really low and Monday I stayed home puking all day then to urgent care for something to make it stop. Feeling much better today.
Symptoms been getting tons of foot and leg cramps, lots of RL pains and exhausted all the time!
Here's to a better week!
