I'm pretty sure he still has no clue it's my b-day today. Not because he doesn't know when my birthday is, but because he never keeps tracks of dates. He left for work at 5am and I've talked to him numerous times and no mention of it.
I'm going to see him on the field later tonight and let it "slip" that my mom is taking me out for supper for my birthday and see what his reaction is.
I usually remind him every year like every day 2 weeks before so I'm sure that is what he is just used to. As well, crop seeding deadline was yesterday and he was working 20 hour days to get the crops in before the rain. So I know he's been busy. I actually am finding it funnier than I thought I would.
We'll see what happens! He just now has to make up for it on a different day!!

I finally asked him if he knew why I was going out for supper with my mom and sister, and when I told him it was because it was my birthday he was pretty surprised. Lol. Oh well.
And he has now texted me happy birthday about 30 times since then.
