Care.com membership ?

After so many raves about having a housekeeper, we've finally made the decision to find someone.  I don't know anyone in my area IRL that can recommend someone, so I've decided to use care.com to start.  If you have a membership, do you just do monthly when you need something or do you do the whole year, just to have it?

    I used care.com to find a babysitter and just did the one month membership. I was able to find several good options in that time. Make sure you google search for a promo code.
