I didn't use the tablets, just the loose yeast, but I did see a difference. I did 1 tbsp 2x per day (mixed it into OJ, gulped it down like a shot). Also ate a lot of steel-cut oatmeal.
agree with adding to lactation cookies. if you have a vitamin shoppe around, they will have it. plus whole foods or health food stores, as mentioned above.
I got my tablets (and powder) from GNC. It has defnitely increased my supply by at least 1/2 ounce per pump session. I'm actually a little concerned it is working too well because my LO had a weird bm this morning (watery and dark green), and he's been gulping a bunch (almost like I have overactive letdown), which wasn't the case before.
