Two, typically one hour in the morning starting around 10:30 and one hour in the afternoon starting around 2:30.
I'll be happy when she switches to one because hopefully it'll be longer - about 2 hours - so it'll be the same length as the total she gets between two right now, but will leave some more flexibility during the day for activities!
I usually get 2 but sometimes they are both just 20 mins, so that barely counts. Lo still can't self soothe and nurses to sleep only. It's really not going well in the sleep department over here! But my 3 year old sleeps everyday from 1:30-4:30 so I still have that going for me!
One consistent one here... which is kick ass- we were none for about 3 months, so the fact that we have been consistently getting one for a couple weeks now makes me want to have a party!
Usually 2 naps one from 10:15 till noon and one from 3:15-5:00pm. I have to wake him from each nap. Sometimes I can get him to take just one from 12:30-3 or 3:30 which is what I prefer but most days he's cranky and ready by 10am still.
our daycare is working on transitioning him to 1 naps to fit the pretoddler room schedule; he will be moving up on the 16th. So some days he has 1 nap but some days he still has 2.
Two, sometimes 3 if they were not good naps. She usually naps 1-3 hours per nap- usually 2 hrs in the late morning and 1 hr in the evening but that can flip flop, or one nap can stretch 3 hrs long.
