Total AW- heartbeat!

I'm soooo excited, so being a complete AW and I don't care right now :)

We heard a heartbeat!!!!!  I decided to bring out the doppler my friend let me borrow. I didn't really expect to hear anything (9.2 weeks) but since I've had a few people tell me they heard around then I decided to try (with the knowledge it was likely too soon).  I tried for like a good 5 minutes (which felt like 15) and was about to stop when I picked it up super super super low down. The doppler (digital) gave a reading of 159 :)  It sounded like a galloping horse- best sound I've ever heard, so amazing.

I'm so so relieved to know things are on track. I don't get an ultrasound for a bit, so I was thrilled and relieved to hear the HB!  Woohoooooooo!

    Thats so amazing! I was going to hold off on buying one but now you're making me second guess that decision. I would love to be able to listen, especially because I don't think I have another U/S until the A/S.

    Worth it to me, absolutely! I didn't buy mine, it was borrowed.. I was lucky to have a friend with one.  But I would absolutely buy or rent <~ maybe this.. if I didn't have this one.    I didn't assume I would actually hear it today, so I'm double stoked!  I fulled expected to find nothing so soon. (I wasn't going low enough at first).

    No early u/s for me, so that was wonderful piece of mind to know everything is OK in there!

    Aw it's such am awesome sound! My doc is us happy, so I wouldn't get a Doppler myself, but how fun!

    Exciting! I've been trying but haven't had luck yet. The doppler registers 180 BPM but I can't hear anything, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've just borrowed it so I'm not familiar with it yet.
