We have a new addition to our family.

Hi ladies, our family got a little bigger overnight.
I went on Friday afternoon for my final ob appointment before my induction (scheduled for Sunday evening) the dr checked me and I was at 3 cm and thin she did a membrane sweep to try and get me into labor on my own.
We left and went to my parents house to get our son, and about an hour after my appointment I started feeling really crampy but didn't thunk much of it because that was one of the side effects from it I was told. That was around 5:30 we left and went home to eat dinner and I gradually got more uncomfortable with "cramps" that where in my pelvic and back but still didn't really think I was in labor.
About 7:30 I really started to hurt bad and thinking maybe something was up. From then on they just kept getting worse, and started feeling more like firey paains rather than cramps.
At 11pm I couldn't takr it anymore the pain was almost ontop of eachother so we called my parents to come watch our son and we went to the hospital.
Got checked in just before midnight and when the nurse checked me I was at 4cm so they where going to monitor me for an hour and call the ob for instructions. Well 30 minutes later the nurse said they were admitting me. I got some iv meds about 2 hours later then got my epidural and about 35 minutes later I was getting ready to push. Started pushing at 5:10 am and
Lizzie Sophia was born at 5:15 am May 30 after only 3 pushes weighing in at 6 pounds 5 ounces and 19 inches long.
We got to come home today and so far everyone is adjusting pretty well.
