Continue Feeding After Spit Up?

My LO is 10 weeks and doesn't know when he's full. Is spit up an indicator that he's full? If LO spits up during nursing session do you end it/not offer other breast?

    It could also just be reflux or milk on top of a burp. I have a super spitter. Doesn't matter if he got a lot of milk or a little. If he is still acting hungry after spitting I go ahead and continue. Worst case is he spits up on me again, but usually he doesn't.
