Moments of stupidness

Anyone else do something smack yourself in the forehead worthy?
I put LO down for a nap and started getting my ichiban noodles prepared and by prepared I mean put in the seasoning;) well LO wasn't having anything to do with naptime, so I stuck my noodles in the microwave for later and went and got her. Fast forward an hour I went to attempt another nap, my noodles were already in the microwave so I just put the heat time on. Well after they were in there for about 2 minutes I smelled burning and there was smoke coming out of the top of my microwave ( I missed the whole putting water in the bowl step...) my house effing stinks like burnt noodles and it was so smokey my fire alarm went off, which woke the baby up... fml..

    I use the bottles with the disposable inserts and one MOTN feeding I forgot to put the insert in the bottle. Needless to say, I made a huge mess.

    And I went to the grocery with no wallet today. I didn't realize it until it was time to pay. First thing I thought of was this thread. ;)
