Just thought I'd post this - I thought some of it rang true when I look back to how things were right after DS was born.
I think some of it's pretty good stuff to bear in mind (especially #1).

The problem is even when people do tell first time pregnant moms, they don't listen nor believe it will happen to them.

I'm still a total cuddle bug, and I love snuggling up to DH or with Milo, but when he was an infant and constantly needed to be held, I was so ready to hand him off to whoever wanted to hold him. Never in a million years did I ever think I would feel that way, but I did. (Probably didn't hurt that I'm definitely NOT a germaphobe.)
