Someone posted an awesome link to a sleeping chart that you could go by to get a rough estimate of how long baby should sleep/nap/be awake. I saved it to my favorites but then I got a new phone and it didn't save. Would that fabulous lady mind re-posting that link? I tried searching our board but was unsuccessful. Thanks so much!!

Yes, I think this is it...thank you! But there was also a similar one (maybe same "chart") on some lady's website...something called toddler problems??? My memory is so foggy...

@linzerd I feel ya...me too some days. Like when LO "sleeps too much" for a nap (4 hrs) i.e. over the "limit" it states here. And then I kick myself when she's still up every 3 hrs at night. Why does it make you feel like poop as well? For what it's worth, it's an "estimated" amount of time...does that make any difference?
