post lip/tongue tie release

Lo had her tongue and lip tie relased this morning. Seems ok. A little fussy and stsrting to drool. Her top lip is swollen too. Any tips from mom that have btdt?

    How old is your LO? My doctor recommended alternating both Advil and Tylenol for the first couple of days. My little guy was 2 months old when I we had it done though, but the medicine seemed to do the trick. I don't remember any swelling, but just give your doc a call tomorrow if it still seems swollen and you're concerned. Nursing also seemed to comfort him those first few days. Good luck!
