DH eating for 2?!

Anyone else's DH seem to have an increased appetite? I don't want to be critical or tell him what to do, but I think mine is gaining weight. And considering we can't seem to keep leftovers for leftovers anymore and the snacking has taken on a life of its' own, it's not surprising!

During our first pregnancy my Husband had gained 10 pounds by 5 months. I had only gained 6. Hahaha. We would go my monthly appointments, I would get weighed and BP done, then he would. The nurses got a kick out of us.

Mine eats a lot anyway, but yes he might be eating more now. So far I haven't noticed any weight gain. He's sensitive about his weight so I wouldn't say anything anyway probably.

My husband does seem to be eating a lot more while I've actually been eating quite a bit less. Of course he doesn't gain a pound though because he's a man

My husband has gained more than me. He keeps saying "I've got the couvades ." Thats what we got when googling what male sympathetic pregnancy was called. It was really funny at first, but honey you don't have second tri headaches and your ankles are not swollen.

Mine always eats for two. He eats like 3000 calories a day but doesn't really gain weight past 190. He's disgusting.

He ate an entire 16" pizza last night by himself.

I wish! My DH weighs 155 and he is 6' tall! He's been trying to gain weight since I met him, but he doesn't eat much so it will never happen:-P

My hubby gained 30 lbs with me my 1st pregnancy. He blames me because I made him get similar to what I was getting in restaurants because I didn't want judgement from waiting staff or people sitting near us, haha.

The second pregnancy he had lost all his weight and told me I was on my own with my big eating!

DH ate for two last time and is well on his way again. He eats way more than me, worse food and more often. Usually he's the health conscious one!

DH has been working out and losing weight since January. His goal is not to gain weight with me. I think by the end of the pregnancy I will weigh more than him :-S

My husband likes to start a diet/exercise routine every time I'm pregnant. He wants to slim down while I pork up. I find the timing really annoying.

My husband is tiny (5'6 and 121lbs) and could eat candy, cake, even straight butter all day and not gain an ounce!! He is smaller than me already, so it's just hard getting even larger. He has been eating more frequently though, too bad he won't experience the weight gain from it

Yes. And it's kind of frustrating me, to be honest. He keeps saying he wants to lose weight before the baby comes and I haven't really seen much effort on his part to do so. I know it's hard because I'm not counting calories or anything, but still.

DH has gained more weight than me (I've gained 2lbs, he's gained 10lbs). It's totally my fault. During first tri, I always made him finish my foods for me.

I caught DH eating cake and drinking lemonade at 11:30 last night.
"I was really craving it!"
You know you're not pregnant, right?
He has also gained at least 10 pounds- he normally is skinny as a rail and struggles to put on weight. He even has a little belly like me! If he keeps this rate of weight gain up, he will have gained 20lbs by next week.
I, however, who have struggled with my weight my entire life, have lost four lbs. (Ob is not worried)

We'll see in two weeks if the old wives tale about husbands gaining weight when its a girl is true!

I just posted this in FFFC today...

Mine has gained more than I have in this pregnancy and won't admit to any weight gain. I'm worried that it will only get worse as my appetite finally kicks in and/or my midwives start riding my ass about gaining weight.
