TTM about lactation cookies

I just made a batch. They are super yummy, but do they work? If they do work, how long does it take to see an increase in supply?

    I love them. Idk exactly how much they increase supply bc I mostly are them and just breast fed. I definitely felt fuller the next day after having a few. If I ever have time to bake again, I'd love to see if they increase my pumping output at work. Keep us posted if/how much they help.

    I believe they do work. My pump output increases when I eat them.
    I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!
