Status: Benched. Surgery Tues.
Names: We used to talk about it a lot. When we thought our journey was over in Jan we stopped. I couldn't let my heart go there. Now I feel like talking about it will jinx me.

Cycle Status: I believe that I am 2 or 3dpo. I missed my temp on Monday because we spontaneously decided to turn our daytrip on Sunday into an overnight trip. I didn't have my thermometer with me. But based on my last two mornings, I'm pretty sure I ovulated on Sunday or Monday. Also worth sharing, I have my appointment with the new RE today. Here's hoping I don't actually need him!

QOTW: We have one girl name that we have decided on. We also have a middle name for one boy. But we have not decided on a boy's first name for sure. Names in the running are Warren, Riker, and Kirk.

CD doesn't matter, I'm being controlled my suppression meds and amped up w estrogen. I am at my doctor's will (maybe cd 6?).
Oh yes, and I'm not sharing bc they are awesome unique names that I've only told a few elite persons of interest. I will share a story about baby names however. My oldest brother is an idiot (end of story hahah) and copies me, our whole lives. He is like 8 years older than me but makes his life decision off mine. Join the Army? Me too! Get a Ford Truck? Me too! Get married? Find an internet hook up and marry her first after we announce engagement! I say we are thinking of having kids (like all the idiots we know who shouldn't procreate-) ku'd two months later (wife did not want to get pregnant either). So anyway, he asks me what names I have in mind when we have kids. I know he is looking for names for his. So I tell him the ones I did not like (sorry if you do- just not my thing even though cute!!!). I said Zoey is my favorite for a girl (with a smile and genuine believability) and Oscar for a boy. He goes "Really???" Like ew. Few months later- he has a girl and names her Zoe. He said I could still use it because he didn't use it with a "y" at the end. I looked at him and said, "So you named your daughter Zoe (like Joe)?" And he was all like, "no, like Zoey- like you said!!!" Jackass. Anyway, quickie marriage didn't last (really? You knew her for a whole month). And we are estranged. But I don't easily share names for this reason. Don't want my kid to have the same name as erybudy else! I sound like a horrible person but I have three more stories of names being stolen... So I'm not paranoid. Much...

I really don't know what is going on with my body. I "started" my period early, which flow only lasted a few hours with some wretched cramping, then absolutely nothing. So I had a one day, not even day, a few hours of a period... If I count it as an actual period, which idk if I should or not, I am on CD10, if I don't count it, I am on CD 37. I have taken several hpt's, all BFN... I have also been using OPK's but so far, I haven't even gotten a faint trace of LH detection, usually by CD10, it is negative, but I still see SOMETHING, not a blank test space.... So, I am just taking it day by day... my body hates me as it is. This cycle is natural, since we are waiting to go to the RE. I just feel really off and feel like something is "wrong" but idk what... I may go see my OB, just to make sure I am wrong and hallucinating all of this.

QOTW: we have picked two names one for each. Zaiden Elijah and Aubrey Faith

@SassFrass‌ I would definitely call nurses line at minimum if you can't get in, that doesn't sound good

Cycle Staus: CD 19, 5dpiui (I think 5dpo). I've been feeling a little down these past few days, I'm so worried I'm not going to be able to have another baby. I'm trying to be positive but sometimes it's really hard!!

QOTW: The baby we lost last August was going to be named Emma Maeve if she was a girl. I still love the name and will hopefully get the chance to use it!

I know I need to, but I am almost too scared too... I have been cramping off and on, and had a headache for almost 4 days straight, so far today, I feel, "better" but still just off. I keep telling myself I am just being paranoid, but my gut tells me that something is just, not right, if that makes any sense at all... I have never in my life had only a few hours of bleeding, my periods are usually anywhere from 2 days minimum to 8 days max... Idk what is going on... I just called my OB, and left a message for the nurse.

I am tempted to call the nurse hot line in the mean time, just so I might get some sort of insight of what is going on... I hate not knowing.

CD8, just had an HSG this morning showing open tubes but slightly dilated right tube

We have names we really like for both, but have not narrowed it down.

I am right there with you. It is really hard to maintain a positive attitude most days.

Cycle status- Maybe CD1? It's more really heavy spotting than a flow. I started spotting while I was on the estrogen BC so my RE told me to stop taking it. That was yesterday. I'm not calling it CD 1 until I see what happens the rest of the day and tomorrow. Its like the uterus that cried period.

QOTW- I've thought about it of course. DH and I don't talk about names or anything in the future that might include another child. It's just too painful and too uncertain.

So, my blood work at 2 pm said that I am not ovulating yet, but I have been taking Opk's 2x a day, so I still took one for shits and giggles, I believe it is positive... I feel like we are so going to be out. We havent dont the deed since sunday, and he has to give his sample in the morning, so no time to do the deed before I go to work... possibly after, but I have no idea about anything going on with his sperm, so... the odds are not in my favor...

@sassfrass, you still have a chance at good timing. You sill probably o 2-3 days after your +opk, so get busy after the sample has been provided and then just cross your fingers.

QOTW: we've talked about names- I mention names from time to time, but we don't really worry about narrowing anything down until there's a baby to consider.

I'm 1 day before the 2ww ends of IUI #1 and so far all of my pee on a stick pregnancy tests have come back negative. Not looking good

I think if this cycle fails I may talk to dr about doing an HSG test. I did one before the cycle I got PG on and the doctor who did it thought the dye flushed out one of my tubes that seemed to be clogged - wondering if they could've reclogged.

Nope, haven't picked out names for future kiddos. I don't think we'd use any of the runners-up we had in mind for our first LO and we haven't talked about it much again yet. I think we're both kind of gun shy and trying not to get too emotionally committed when we don't know what could happen. It took us so long to get PG the first time that the thought of going down the rabbit hole again is kind of daunting.

Update- I am FINALLY on CD 2 after a 53 day cycle. I've not been this happy to see my period in 18 months. Hopefully will be a femara CD 3-7 and IUI. Have to call the RE this morning and see what she says.

So I saw the RE and she cleared me to cycle, except that I have a mandatory business trip June 9-11 and if AF shows today, tomorrow or Saturday then I likely won't be able to cycle because I would be gone when monitoring would be crucial. Argh so now I am hoping that AF can stay away until Sunday so I can cycle this month. I'm ordering my drugs and hoping with everything that I can make it work.

And for the QOTW: yes we have our girl name left from our first pregnancy Gabrielle Leigh using Ellie as a nickname and for boys we are absolutely clueless.

Oh and wow I am being such a post whore sorry about that.

Status...waiting for first AF post ectopic and first appt with RE to discuss IVF on June 12th.

Future names...when we found out we were pregnant with #4, last May, we made a list of names for both boy and girl, but we lost that baby and two more after it. IF we decide to do try IVF and/or it's successful, we'll pull that list out again. I'm not getting my hopes up though...I'm fearful we're done having kids.

Just a silly question, because I am still learning, with the information you stated, why does FF sometimes give CH's on the day of or the day after a +opk? That confused me. currently, I got a + on Wed, still + yesterday morning, and then - last night, and FF has that I O'd yesterday...

Can't believe I'm actually spotting already, it seems so surreal to be starting a cycle, ALREADY.

We talked a lot about names, but I don't think we'd pick names until after we new the sex and had a better feeling about a pregnancy, etc.

FF says I'm 7 DPO but I think it's more like 9 DPO.

Yes! We sure do have names picked out. The girl's for sure and we go back and forth for the boy.

@sassfrass, everyone is different, so you may have o'ed closer to your Lh surge. But most women surge 2-3 days before they actually ovulate. It's hard to comment on your cycle without seeing your chart, but if your temp jumped and you recorded fertile cm, then ff will assume you o'ed. The opk's are secondary data.
