First appt details!

I'm 8 weeks and 3 days from lmp. Baby was measuring 8 w 5 days! Heartbeat was strong in the 170's. We talked a little about what kind of extra monitoring I'll have this time around. (Since my stillbirth in Nov) I see my perinatologist in a week for the genetic blood testing that also determines gender and another u/s. Can't wait. Feeling optimistic but cautious at the same time. Hopefully with gods grace I'll bring home a live baby. :)

    Congrats and good luck with the genetic testing. I believe there are a few different tests, one is the maternit21.

    I think there are 4 blood tests available on the market that test for Chromosomal disorders. I'm not sure which one my dr will use. But yes it takes 1 week to get the results so I'll know by 11 weeks if I'm pink or blue.
