Baby food pouches - how long can you store them?

The packaging on the Plum brand says 24 hours after opening, but then goes on to talk about spoon-feeding. I'm giving them to the kiddo directly, so his mouth is on the opening and introducing bacteria into the pouch. If he doesn't finish one, does the 24-hour rule still apply or is it shorter?

Agree...if his mouth touches it, I toss it.

You should prob toss it, but I've kept them before (w the big one) in the fridge for a few hours or whatnot and it's not been a big deal.

I also got much more lax w the guidelines for leftovers as he got older.
