logistics of pumping while away at meetings

Looking for advice on pumping. I have a couple of out of town meetings that have come up. I'd like to go to them, but the logistics of pumping during them is tricky. Most of them I'll be with other co-workers. Some of these sessions last 4 hours alone, plus the drive. Just thought I'd check and see what other working moms are doing! TIA!

I travelled while BFing and I often had meetings or things like an all day video shoot I was directing with two men in a warehouse. I had to get pretty creative. I would make an excuse to go pick up lunch or coffee and then pump in my car with a cover in a parking lot, I pumped in countless bathrooms, including stalls at convention centers, stadiums and cocktail parties! Somehow I made it work. Sometimes I just excused myself for a phone call or something. I often brought my manual pump for times when I had to pump in a stall or where the noise would be weird from my electric pump. Sometimes I had to pump and dump, but most times I kept a small cooler and ice packs in a backpack with me and carried it around. Some of my coworkers knew, others I didn't bother telling. No one ever questioned it.
