Fun fact: I have a PT friend who specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction and she said that the majority of people who do kegels, do them incorrectly which she said is about as good as not doing them at all. Apparently the only way to determine if someone is doing them correctly is to physically palpitate their pelvic floor while they are doing them.

I used to have a paralyzingl fear of public restrooms, so for now anyway I have super strength kegel muscles from constantly holding my pee. I hate doing them though
i honestly feel like such an idiot when i feel a sneeze coming. I have to cross my legs and squeeze really tight to not sniss. And laugh too hard. And cough. UGHHH. i guess i need to get my kegel on. Its only going to get worse, im sure.
