Hi Ladies:
I've been "radio silent" for a little over a week, so I thought I'd post a quick update.
The Good: I had my NT scan last week and everything went really well. The baby had a NT measurement of 1.7 and our high risk MFM just kept saying "beautiful, beautiful!" so I took that to be a good sign. I also had the bloodwork for the MaterniT21 test that day too.
The Bad: Immediately thereafter, I caught a horrible viral thing from my mother-in-law, which gave me the worst case of acute bronchitis I've ever had, and I had some whoppers. Breathing was a struggle in and of itself, and I was coughing up things that defied description. I was in bed, in quarantine, for 5 days, praying that my husband and son didn't catch it. Low-grade fevers persisted until Day 4. At first, the doctor thought it was the flu, but I got "lucky" with just bronchitis. My mother in law, and the other three people I know how had this still feel pretty miserable. Apparently it takes weeks to get back to normal. All I know is, being short of breath is terrifying, and I'm happy that it is slowly starting to resolve. I went to my cardiologist to have an echocardiogram, which fortunately came back normal. Hopefully, the shortness of breath will also get better, or I have to go back for a chest x-ray. Prayers that this will not be needed. I can say this: wash your hands a ton, and stay away from sick people. Nobody, especially a pregnant woman, wants this crap!
More Good: Yesterday, my MaterniT21 test results came back--everything was negative and we're having another BOY!
Super Good: Today I had another ultrasound, basically a "You were really sick, let's check on the baby" ultrasound, and he looked great. Measuring ahead at 13 weeks 3 days, with a heart rate of 162. I was so relieved. Here's a pic of the little man. He is either waving hello, or it appears that there is a weird alien face in there with him (I prefer the "waving" idea).
I have been reading posts, and hope all is well with everybody. TGIF!!!!

Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled.
