No real update here.  I'm 13w tomorrow so this is my last 1st tri check-in!  I've been feeling better the past week, although nausea hit me like a ton of bricks last night and I'm still off today.  I'm not sure if it's 1st tri related or something I ate yesterday.  Next OB appointment is next Thursday.

QOTW:  No big plans for the long weekend.  I have a ladies night out tonight and probably a bbq on Monday.  Besides that, lots of naps and time outside with DH and DS.

Yay!  Last first tri check-in for me.  I can't believe it.  Saying that, I'm having major anxiety issues today, not sure why.  Maybe because my symptoms aren't there as much, but I know that is common moving on to the 2nd tri.  I do have an OB appointment next Wednesday, if I can make it that long.  I want to call my OB, but I don't want to be that crazy FTM to-be.

QOTW: Going to my in-laws for the weekend (about an hour and a half outside of where we live).  My MIL is a photographer and wants to take our announcement pics and I think that is why the anxiety is getting worse.  My silly IF brain is telling me to wait to make sure everything is OK.

We found out today at our NT scan we are team pink!!!!  More importantly though, everything looked normal and no increased risk for down syndrome.  The ultrasound was really cool- the technician said the baby looked like it was dancing for us!!

Feeling a little rough this week- I think I've been overdoing the work travel, and that tends to bring out the nausea and icki-ness.  Need to take it down a notch.

Super nervous to tell work, but waiting until end of June (I work from home, so they don't see me).

This weekend we're BBQing and hanging with friends and family.

    IVF #1 Oct 2013- cancelled
IVF #2 Mar 2014- success.... baby girl born 11/28/14
FET #1 Mar 2016- baby boy due 12/16/16

This is my last 1st tri check in too. I've still been feeling pretty sick at night so I'm hoping that passes soon too. I did have my NT scan this week and both babies look great.

My stomach is really showing now at 12w. You can tell it's not just fat because of the roundness of it. Which I am excited about.

QOTW: I think we are going to look at mini vans. With 3 in car seats we need more room.

I'll be 11 weeks tomorrow.  I met with my midwife for the first time on Wednesday and fell in love.  I love her.  Love, love, love her.  She was patient, reassuring, knowledgeable  and made me feel comfortable with my choice to look into and try natural birth.

I'm going forward with a NT scan because of my age (I'll be a few weeks short of 35 when I give birth).  NT scan is scheduled for 6.7.14.

I did get a picture of my little one on Wednesdays appointment.  I still can't believe that I have this little human in my belly.

Edited to add QOTW: Hubby is gone fishing which means I can veg out and watch whatever I want.  I plan on watching What to Expect and The Business of Being Born and catch up on some House of Cards.
Married on October 20, 2012.  Began trying in January 2013.
RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

No real updates on me either. I have my first OB appointment on Tuesday.  I also have another blood draw at my RE.  I was told to stop my vivelle patches tomorrow, and we went from 1.5ml of PIO to 1ml.  So hopefully this Tuesday I will get to wean down some more off my FET meds.  OH and we will be telling DH's parents this coming week.

QOTW: Going to the mountains. No cell phone service, no internet. Can't wait!

Hi all, We had the NT scan on Wednesday but the babies would not cooperate and we couldn't get the measurements.. I'm considering an amnio next month as I want a yes/no on their chromosomes. Screening odds won't be available to us and I can't get mat21 etc due to twins. Doing research on amnios.
We are going to my ILs on Cape Cod in a hour or so. We will be telling DH's family about the babies. They will be shocked as they believe we stopped treatment 1.5 yrs ago.

Hi all :). 10w2d today. I had my TAC surgery on Monday and am still recovering. Had some red spotting every time I went to the bathroom Weds so my dr did an u/s and everything looked fine-no cause for the bleeding so he's attributing it to irritation from the incision between my uterus and bladder. I definitely feel irritation so that makes sense.

I have my regularly scheduled perinatologist appt on Weds for the NT scan and am looking forward to that :)

My nephews bday party is on Sunday so we will head over to that for a little while, but otherwise I am just laying low on the couch.

    Hi.

10w5d today. Had my nurse appt this week. Same stuff as last time, we went thru insurance stuff and I signed the paper for a RCS. My insurance sure sucks for IF coverage, but man it sure is great for delivery.

I had my bloodwork done and they called me the next day. My OB wants to do a glucose test already, not excited. My a1c was perfect so I'm not sure what the deal is. (Diabetes in the past, but cleared up with the gastric sleeve surgery). My first appt with her is next Friday.

No plans this weekend, it is my rotation to work. Blah. At least it will be busy so it will go by fast.

Hello All, I am 8w5d today. I had my last apt at my RE today and I am sad to leave her. Our ultrasound today still showed two beating hearts, which shocked the doctor and she is preparing me to miscarry Baby A. But so far Baby A and Baby B are exactly 8w5d, with perfect little heart beats. I am kind of numb to the whole possibility of loosing Baby A, since its such a maybe/probably/some day kinda thing. We will see, I move over to my obgyn on Tuesday as a "high risk pregnancy"

I just have to remember that I am blessed, and healthy, and God has a plan.

I hope you all have a great weekend. Its my husband's birthday  and his first time home for more than a few hours in such a long time, so I am soooo excited for this weekend.

I had my 12 week appt today.  Thought I was just hearing heartbeats since my NT scan is next wed.  Apparently with Twins they like doing an ultrasound every time :)  One of the little ones was dancing and punching and kicking all over.  The other was sleeping.  DH was amazed.  He didn't realize they are moving already.  Can't wait for NT scan.

Cannot believe I'm finally moving on to the 2nd tri. Congrats to @MrsC430, @Deardra77, @Praying4Miracle17, @missvolvo, @badrianne, @indianaalum, and @tilelady85 -- we did it! Oh my gosh, I swear it it was just yesterday some of us were getting our first positive betas.

Measurements on NT scan Monday looked good. Met with nurse and the OB for the first time (as a pregnant lady). I know the OB and I already get along and feel like we're on the same page. Nurse seemed to go along with whatever I said, trying to be very reassuring, so I'm just glad I self-educate on twin pregnancies so I really didn't need her advice.

I found out I managed to gain 10 lb in my first tri. I guess I was a little underweight to begin with, but that was just shocking. I notice my hard baby bump, but I'm extremely long waisted and carrying very low, so it's not really noticeable to others.

Next appointment won't be for a month!

Also: Good luck to all you ladies in the first tri and I can't wait to see you in 2nd soon!

QOTW: We have a birthday BBQ to go to for DH's friend tomorrow. Honestly, I just want to sleep. Still so freaking exhausted. So, really, no plans.

Hi ladies! I also can't believe I'm moving on to 2nd tri. Thank you for having me here & best wishes to everyone!

I forget if I updated at the last check in, but our NT scan was last week and it looked great. Both babies are measuring right on track. Hi. I'd like to be added.  Its been a long road getting here so I'm excited to finally be here.  I am 8w5d with 1 bean due on 12/28.  I had my second US on Wednesday and am measuring right on track with a HR of 177.  I still don't believe this is real.  I had a bleeding scare at 5w and 6w and I thought the pregnancy was over.  I have been nauseous since the beginning of week 6 and really have no interest in food.  The other day boob pain started. Whatever I'll take it bc it all reassures me that I'm still pregnant.  My RE released me and I have my first OB appointment at 10 weeks.  I hope they do an US!  I am nervous and excited.

I wish everyone the best of luck and look forward to getting to know you all.

    Hey everyone,

I've been off the past two weeks, go back to work tomorrow on Memorial Day :(  At least it's double pay :)  Been mostly tired with sore boobs, no nausea really.

5 weeks 5 days over here. Just chugging along waiting for my ultrasound on Tuesday. Been having some terrible nightmares that none of this is real. I have about four boxes of FRER's that I keep digging into when I wake up from the bad dream to be sure there's still a line. I feel really irrational, but it makes me feel better and I already had them from couponing a few months ago anyways, so why not?

I have an ultrasound tomorrow with my RE. As much as I love him, I’m hoping he’ll give me the OK to graduate this week to my OB who is coincidently his wife! He wants to see nugget wiggle and move a bit before he feels comfortable enough releasing me. I’m still nervous as hell every day, analyzing every symptom wondering if everything is ok.  Hopefully we’ll make it to the second trimester and I can finally relax!

Hi ladies. I just found this board last week and I've been lurking. I would love to join yall. I am 8 weeks, 1 day (due January 6, 2015) with a singleton after our first IVF. I was released from my RE last week after two great ultrasounds. I'm still in shock about all of this and feel like it's too good to be true. I'm so happy to have found a group of women who have been through this process.

QOTW: I'm late to the party but I worked all weekend at my photography job. I really enjoy it so I had a lot of fun except for the whole being exhausted thing.

Good luck @Saintelizabeth and welcome @TXUltraRunner :)  My last US was at 6w4d and I was released....this wait to see the OB at 10.5 weeks seems like F-O-R-E-V-E-R!  3 more weeks to go....  I just purchased a fetal doppler today!  Excited to play with it even though it may be too early to pick up anything.  It will at least give me something to do!

So far so good.  Stopped PIO on Saturday!! Will be on endometrin for a few more weeks.  8 week ultrasound is tomorrow.  No vomiting but bad acid reflux.  I get full really fast then super hungry two hours later.  Have to get that under control.

I know its a blessing in disguise that my pregnancy has been so uneventful and I'm really looking forward to my next appointment June 2nd. Lots of continued luck for you ladies and I hope to see you all on the 2nd tri flip side!

Hey ladies, had some bleeding Tuesday night.  Was concerned, so RE office let me come in for 8 week US. Glad to report things are looking good still.  He is going to contact the new OB and have them move up our appointment (we don't meet OB for another 2.5 weeks).  He thinks it will be good to establish care sooner b/c of IVF and bleeding and so that we don't feel torn between two places.
