What are those rituals, prayers, voodoo, old wive's tales,etc. you do (or know of) to get financial/weight loss/fertility/miscellaneous goals going:

My grandmother believed in growing "money trees" in the yard (not sure what type of plants they are). Also hold money in my hand on new year's eve. My coworker's friend has some sort of fertility statue that she swears when you touch it you get knocked up real soon. A yoga instructor taught me a financial meditation to bring more money in (I try this one about once a month. Nothing yet)
