I was just thinking today about how LO never wears pants. It's warm where we live, and I almost always carry him in the sling. He almost always wears just a onesie during the day, even out in public.
Pants always when he goes outside. It's not just the weather but I like that he is well dressed when outside. At home it's very dependent on the temperature. I still try to put pants on as sometimes I think it protects his skin from minor scarred here and there.
If we go out, it's pants/shorts/sleeper/shortie romper. If we're home and it's really warm, we sometimes just do onesie. I don't think I'd take him out in just a onesie, but I also don't find anything wrong with it. I just have too many cute outfits to just do a onesie (plus I prefer his diaper totally covered).
We do pants mainly because up until very recently it's been so damn cold. Now, we still mostly do shorts, sometimes just a onesie if it's really warm. I just like dressing him up in his cute outfits

I LOVE rompers!!! I was so sad when DD1 outgrew hers.
DD2 wears her pants or skirts to "school" aka daycare, everyday unless she has on a romper. When she gets home DD1 normally strips DD2 down to her onesie.
I'm a sinner saved by grace and a child of the Attitude Era (Oh you didn't know?!?)
Dd has only worn just a onesie once. I prefer an outfit even if that means a onesie with matching bottoms though we don't have many things like that. I wouldn't think anything of it if I saw a baby out just wearing a onesie.
I always put pants or shorts on LO when we're out in public. I'm afraid of a diaper blowout in public in just a onesie, and poop dripping everywhere. I feel like pants can help with that. Plus it's still not too warm here.
I don't like when she's in just a onesie, but that's just me. When it gets hot here we have shorts, rompers, and creepers(I think that's what they're called).
You're not alone! My LO is almost always in just a onesie, unless I want to dress her up or it is cooler outside. It's warm where I am, at this point in the low 80's every day. I wear her quite a bit, and we both get hot quickly, so pants are just a hassle for us. Plus, I think she looks adorable in just a onesie! >:D<
Rarely. She does have some cute outfits that have pants and she has a few pair of jeans/jeggings that are adorable. But she usually wears dresses or rompers.

DD basically lives in onesies. She wears sleepers at night, and sometimes I'll send her in a sleeper to daycare only because it is cool at daycare. (sleeper=sleep and play) The rest of the time, she's just in a onesie. Pants are for getting fancy, or if it is cool. Socks are almost never worn. They don't stay on anyways, and I'm afraid she will lose one while we are out--I don't think my OCD could handle that!

Depends, she has a ton of super cute outfits that I try and put her in for no reason except to wear them. So she's often in a romper of some sort or dress. We also tend to use baby legs for if it's chillier as opposed to pants. Onesie = outfit for a baby IMO.
A toddler needs pants when out/about, at home who cares. So I'd say by around 9-12m kids should be wearing more, of course most of us will be enjoying winter so they'd likely be in pants regardless.

So I'm totally weird about this. She's always "fully dressed," whether it's pants and a onesie, a dress or romper/creeper. I also don't take her out of the house in sleepers (unless she's had a poopsplosion, that's usually the backup outfit in the diaper bag). I recognize it's totally unnecessary, and MH leaves her in sleepers all the time when he's the "on duty" parent, but I just can't do it!

@SuzyQq02, Same in our house. DH puts her in "PJs" as soon as he can. Just curious, does your fully dressed include socks/shoes at this age?
Socks always fall off and we haven't been successful with any shoes/sandals either
It's been cold so yes but as the weather gets warmer he doesn't do pants at home. In fact he's usually in a diaper only at home because the honest company ones are so cute I don't want to cover them. If we're going out though we do pants.
In the warm weather, we do rompers for everything. They're so easy and cute.
Now that it's gotten cooler, we do onesies at home with BabyLegs. So stinking cute, and I have like ten pairs. They make diaper changes super easy. We venture out occasionally with them on. They bug my MIL so I try to put them on more around her
Our college-aged babysitter gets a huge kick out of dressing the baby, so I leave him in pjs so she can pick out his outfits.
When we are out and it's warm, it's just a onesie. Depending in the temperature I add leg warmers, legginging, or footed pants. At home it's a sleeper, onesie, or just a cloth diaper.
I can't believe I made it this far without knowing the difference between a romper and a creeper!
We have our little guy in PJs, rompers or creepers at home. When it gets warmer, we'll try onsies. We save the cute outfits for going out. Mostly out of extreme laziness.
I like outfits, so always pants or skirt with onesie.
Even though its warm I still do sleepers (the thin kissy-kissy ones though) if we are at home. I keep the house on the cooler side.
Onesies at night since she is still in the sleepsack swaddle.
She loves grabbing fabric, so most of her dresses are kind of unwearable since she just grabs the material and pulls it over her head. Silly baby wants to show off her cute bloomers.
@lala2332 I've never heard of kissy kissy before and I just looked it up. Omg SO cute! My poor wallet.

Yes, but only because it's been frickin freezing here! She seems to have good feet for socks... long and skinny, so most stay on pretty well!
