Re: Butt exercises, not a squat in sight

  • I really struggle with anything that involves standing on one leg. It looks so easy, but I fall over all the time.

  • Me too @nonoemily.  I'm going to skip those :)
  • It probably means those are the ones we really need to do. But I couldn't do all of them back to back. I would pick one to start.

That's the stupid thing about exercise. The thing you are worst at/least comfortable with is always the thing you need.

I can't do squats, I'm too old, my knees are hurting just thinking about squats. LOL
  • I'm cool with squats, but lunges hurt my knees and I can't do them. My form is correct, but something about them doesn't work for me.

  • I'm a fan of working within a pain-free range. Not struggle-free and certainly not sweat-free, but I don't like the idea of exercise causing actual pain.

  • I love squats - leg day is my favorite. I am also one of those sickos who kind of likes the sore feeling the next day too.

  • @nenecakies, I wall sit when stuck chatting by the "water cooler"! (Actually, in my office it's the microwave, lol)
