What are you doing (or avoiding doing) RIGHT NOW?

I'm avoiding doing laundry. I have a literal mountain, I'm shocked I don't have Sherpas trying to scale it. The dumb part is that 90% of it is already washed and dried, I just have to fold it, but folding/putting it away is the absolute worst part!!! I'm thinking of having a glass of wine instead... I either need motivation or more distractions, feel free to call me lazy and kick my ass in gear or commiserate with me about what you're neglecting right now!

I am rocking a baby to sleep and trying to figure out what to eat for dinner. It's probably going to be something terribly unhealthy. Aw well.

Just finished scraping LO's cradle cap off... Not sure why it's decided to come back!! It's harder to get out now that her hair is much longer and she doesn't sit still. My husband is so grossed out by it he had to leave the room when I did it lol!

After being at work for a 13 hour day... I should be doing more work. I have a huge project due Friday and I'm about halfway done. However, I'm sitting on my couch watching So You Think You Can Dance. I'm also ignoring my laundry that needs done, hoping I have something I can wear to work tomorrow.

I'm reading, watching the world wars on the history channel and bumping, avoiding the last load of laundry in the dryer. We just finished our take out anniversary dinner since we couldn't go out because we had lo's baptism class tonight. I deep cleaned our bedroom this am then vacuumed the entire downstairs and mopped two rooms since my dad picked up his dog and did laundry including changing the sheets. And I did a firm cardio video today! I did a lot of work so I earned my vegging! Am I right!?

I'm laying in bed wide awake. Tonight we are attempting to move LO to her crib. Until now, she has been pack and play by our bed/bed sharing (ok more bed sharing than anything else). We have no idea what we are doing so for tonight LO is sleeping in her crib (for now) and DH is in a twin bed next to the crib. We are going to trade off doing this at first. However I can't sleep in my bedroom alone. It feels weird to not only not have my husband here but also not have LO!!! She's been next to me every night since she was born. Ugh.

I also just ate a big delicious chocolate chip cookie with my wine. Laughed out loud when I read the nutrition label and it said to eat 1/3 of the cookie. Who eats 1/3 a cookie??? I'm gonna pretend they're joking.

I'm rocking my daughter to sleep in my arms. This isn't a usual thing, but she has her first fever and just finished throwing up on me. Now all she wants to do is moan and cuddle

Thank you for the get well wishes. This came out of no where and I'm already planning on keeping her out of daycare tomorrow. Not that I have much say in the matter bc of the sick policy. I have a ton of work to do so I will have to go into work tomorrow. This sucks.

I went out for supper & desert instead of cleaning now I'm Laying in bed beside DD, I finally got her to sleep! It's been taking 2 hours this week for some odd reason.

Ditto on laundry though, I have a mountain of laundry that needs to be washed because I stumbled upon a huge bag of clothes in my closet that never got unpacked when we moved in 2.5 years ago!!! Non of the stuff fits me anymore but hey may as well wash it and hope one day it will.. Or donate it. I should be washing DD's laundry too she has no pants that fit her anymore, she's getting so tall! So she has maybe 4 pairs I have to rotate through and they're all dirty..

I'm avoiding going to bed. DH is out in the living room building a computer for his grandma and I'm just surfing shows on Netflix and enjoying my quiet alone time. Sometimes I don't want it to end, not even for sleep!

After nursing DS to sleep, I should have cleaned/ tidied up our apartment.

Nursing LO to sleep next to me in bed and playing on my phone. I don't get up after she falls asleep, just play on my phone and go to sleep with her since my alarm goes off at 4:45am. Boo.
