I know a girl who swears by it as long as your U/S is before 8 weeks (I think it could be 7). I believe you also have to reverse whatever your u/s says because its like a mirror?!?! I don't know anyways she has a 100% success rate. I believe the study is only like 80% of people it is correct for!
Yeah, this method was already discussed in a previous post and as an FYI, the "predict the sex" type posts don't go over too well. A majority of us feel like it's pointless to speculate and you should really just wait until your A/S.

I can't really figure out why people get their panties in a bunch over the sex predicting wives tales and what not.....isn't it all just in good fun?
Not to be snarky, but I don't get why people spend so much time trying to find out as early as possible. I get the having fun part, but in all honesty at 7 weeks I find myself thinking about so many more important things than what sex my baby will be.

Somewhat what Josie said, but also, because there end up being 23908347582 posts about OWT and "This new method" that they become redundant. I get you can skip threads, but I know one or two we had already wasn't really labeled well as a "can I predict the sex of my baby now?" thread. Just a few of those on a day someone is fighting to keep their digestive tract on the inside of their body can make people "get their panties in a bunch."
I attempted this with my doc with my last pregnancy (just for fun). He told me where placenta was at 7 weeks and it was wrong. Should have been girl, we got a boy.
No worries ladies. I just couldn't believe that this method or any other for that matter would work. We plan on the gender being a surprise at birth. I was just trying to educate myself! Thanks for the input!
I have a friend who does this. She says it has to be done 7weeks or less. While I have no trust in the gender prediction tests, I do think that they are fun. Yes, there are so many other more important things to think about other than the gender, but it is fun...
Re: Has anyone done the Ramzi's method to determine the baby's gender with previous kids?
