Ganirelix question....(updated)

I have never used it before. Any tips? Anything I should know?

I just got a message saying to keep my Follistim and Menopur the same and start taking the ganirelix tonight. A is sick and sleeping on me so I couldn't pick up the phone :(

Update:
Thank you ladies! I decided to just go for it and see what happened without any intervention. I did a nice quick jab and the needle went right in. I also had no burning, which was great because the Follistim/menopur combo burns like a SOB! Hopefully they are all that easy!

@Ducky719‌ thank you! Today was day three of fevers. Yesterday she was 103.6 in the morning and vomited twice on me after drinking a little milk. Today was 103.2 and she finally drank a little milk and let me feed her some food! Poor sick baby! She napped for a total of 4.5 hours, slept 12 hours last night and was out tonight at 8. I want my silly girl back :(

DX: Unexplained IF
Many IUI's with various meds all BFFN
IVF #1 11/11 canceled due to OHSS
IVF #2 Feb/March 2012 ET of 2 on day 3 4/7 BFP! 5/1 u/s blighted ovum
IVF #3 July 2012 ET of 3 on day 3 7/24 BFP!
Healthy baby girl born at 36w4d on 3/9/13

    It's super easy to do since it's preloaded. But, I found it to be the most painful shot. My needles just always seemed really dull- like they'd been used. Lovely, I know. So, I never iced for follistim, Lupron, or Menopur, but I always iced for Ganirelix.

    @Ruthie04‌ thanks for the heads up! I got a supply of Enbrel in pre filled syringes on accident once and the needles were terrible! Maybe it's a pre filled thing????

    Did you take your ganirelix at the same time as your stims?

    They had me do Ganirelix in the morning and stims at night. Not sure why...maybe an act of kindness to keep me from doing 3 at once!!

    I didn't find it too painful (but then I was taking super high doses of menopur that burned like crazy) but I got a local reaction to the ganirelix...it was really itchy for about 20 min and then got better. GL

    @Ducky719 I go back Saturday and then I'm sure again on Monday. I stimmed for 15/16 days my last two ivfs. This time I didn't use Lupron so I'm a little unsure as to how long it'll take. Today I had 1 follie over 10 and a bunch just behind.....
