I want to get back into running so bad but as soon as I get into a jogging pace I leak a lot and no matter how many kegal exercises I do it doesn't seem to improve. My baby is six months old and I attempted my first 5k race the other day and wet myself to the point you could actually see it (how embarrassing) is there anything besides kegal excercises I could do to prevent the leakage?
