ECV and Breech Extractions

My Baby B is bigger (97% vs 55%) and my midwife told me today that 3 of the 4 docs in the practice are comfortable with turning/extracting non-vertex babies. My question with this is...are you more likely to tear if going through this? I had a horrible grade 4 tear with DS and at all possible cost I would love to avoid this again. Just curious about the procedures

    I only had my singletons vaginally and with my first born I tore very badly. But with my second, my body did a lot better and I only tore eternally and it was a lot less painful. I had my twins with a c-sec, but I really believe it would have been minimal tearing. Not a lot of help to your answer, but some insight. I think our bodies get better at delivery after each birth. (Finger crossed, right?!)
