Can I be an AW for a minute?

OUR MORTGAGE WAS APPROVED!!!! We just got the approval email about 40 or so minutes ago. I nearly gave my boss a heart attack because I gasped "OH MY GOD!" Really loud. My whole office went to a stand still like, are you ok? I started crying like a blubbering fool.

I am just over the moon excited and happy. This has been a long time coming and now I can plan my move!!!

     TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3 TI, 2 IUI = BFN
    IVF #1 (May 2013):  Antagonist Protocol: 
    24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
     IVF #2 (August 2013):  Lupron Stop Protocol: 
    28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
    EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
    FET #1 (April 2014):  transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

    This house was on the market for over 6 months! We think the only reason why no one scooped it up before us is because it's an all electric house.  I'm happy we got it. :)

    I second the request for house porn! I love looking at houses. It allows me to live vicariously through pictures while dealing with a fixer upper.

    Closing is June 20th.  Shouldn't be too long of a wait. :)

    It was a big compromise for my DH.  He wanted lots of land and a ok house.  I said I want a house that doesn't need a shit ton of work and a decent sized yard.  We agreed that lake view would work just fine. I can kick him out to the dog house (lake) and he'd be able to go blow off steam by fishing. LOL.  Plus, it gives his dad and my dad an excuse to get out of the house to visit. :)
