Hey all! My almost 11month old is still nursing twice a day and I'm 8 weeks along. I want to be conscious of my weight while making sure I am intaking enough calories for all three of us, but I can't find info on this anywhere! All of the calorie calculators are for breastfeeding OR pregnancy. I'm not looking to lose weight, just gain at a healthy rate. Anyone have experience here or know of a good source to check out? I will be asking our doc at my appt in 3 weeks but was hoping to not wait that long. Thanks!

This article from LaLecheLeague seems to indicate you'll need between 800 and 1000ish extra calories to be pregnant and nursing.  Apparently and average of 500-650 calories for the nursing and then they say only extra calories for the 2nd tri (350 estimated) and 3rd tri (450 estimated).
