Haven't seen any lunch/dinner threads in a long time (aside from countless freezer meal postings), but I need some inspiration for something delicious to eat... So tell me, what's for lunch today??
I'm thinking a bowl of raisin bran. Nothing sounds good.
Update:Ending up going with a big bowl of popcorn, two chocolate chip cookies and a spinach smoothie because that totally made it healthy.
I just ate an entire bag of grapes (which was supposed to be my snack throughout the day today), so I have to wait until I have more room, and then I'll eat my actual lunch, which is a sloppy joe.
grilled chicken on top of a strawberry & greens salad with strawberry vinaigrette, topped with pecans, goat cheese, and dried cranberries.
love my work cafeteria! that's really one thing i will miss about being on mat leave... having someone make yummy lunches for me. (on my own, it might be mac n' cheese every day)
Grilled chicken on black beans w/ white rice....and curry mustard sauce. I can't get enough black beans and rice lately. I think I must need that amino acid combo!
5 years TTC, no luck with IUI's, failed IVF June 2013,
FET Oct 2013 with delayed transfer, intralipids, lovenox & prednisone= first BFP of my life!
Well mine ended up being laaaame because it's been storming all day and laziness won out... Didn't want to get out in the rain for deliciousness, so I had a stupid kashi steam bag meal. I mean it was good but it left a lot to be desired. The guy in the cubicle next to me graciously gave me his turtle pecan brownie for dessert after hearing me whine about my lunch's shortcomings. Now on to the next important decision of the day: dinner.
Re: WFL?
But I'm having artichoke & tomato soup, PBJ, and an apple.
