Milkmaid Tea

FTM here. Poor DS is so gassy at night time, he spends the night grunting (either in his basket on his back or sleeping on my chest - position doesn't seem to change). He doesn't seem in pain (he appears to sleep through it), but its gets DH and I worried. My MW rec'd fennel tea, but I couldn't find it as a stand alone tea. I did pick up some milkmaid tea as it has fennel. I don't think I need help with supply, so I am hoping the fenugreek won't have a crazy effect.
