  Monday = Mac and cheese in the crockpot, asparagus 

  Tuesday = homemade veggie pizza

  Weds = jambalaya with chicken sausage in the crockpot

  
  

  That's all I got! I may pick up some chicken for hubs to grill later in the week.

  M: burgers no bun with balsamic bacon jam, sweet potatoes, and kale

  T: leftover burgers, baked sweet potatoes and asparagus with H on a work dinner

  W: indonesian spiced chicken w/ mango peanut salsa, sliced jicama, swiss chard

  T: pork chops, roasted potatoes, collard greens

  F: jambalaya

  
  

  Lunch all week for me and lo: chili over rice

  Monday we bbq'd with friends... Grilled ratatouille stuffed tomatoes, scallops and steak on the grill
  
  Tuesday: vegetable pizza
  
  Wednesday: pulled pork in the crockpot and roasted sage broccoli
  
  That's as far as I got, and tomorrow is Wednesday... Time to go back to the store!

  @Lhyacinth888  I use this cooking light recipe.  It is SO GOOD.  The only thing I do differently is mix the full amount of greek yogurt in the chicken marinade (I also use olive oil spray rather than the actual olive oil in the pan) and then use the correct amount of greek yogurt for the cucumber, tomato part.
