I looked, maybe not good enough, but do we have a check in for our June babies born in May?
Baby is two weeks old and the last few days he obviously has been uncomfortable and spitting up a lot... I was afraid he was going to choke last night, so he slept in his swing which has a bit of an incline. He had his two week well child today, and was diagnosed with reflux.. It freaks me out, and I know it's not my fault (he's EBF) I feel like I did something wrong and it looks painful.
Anyone else have/had the same problem? Any tips?

You definitely did not do anything wrong. A lot of babies have reflux! As for tips - make sure baby doesn't lay down right after eating (or does so on an incline). For diaper changes or any time you have to lay him down, lay him down slowly and pick him up slowly. For a while we used an incline to change DS on because he would spit up otherwise. If you are using bottles at all (I know you said you EBF but I don't know if LO gets BM in a bottle) make sure he doesn't swallow air when the bottle runs out. GL!

Hope it gets better!! (side note, I totally thought this was still about pregnancy reflux, maybe it's time to start adding baby or mommy to the titles

Thank you all for your advice. Definitely helps to know there is an end, and ways to make my baby more comfortable.
