busty girls come in!

I'm new to the club. I was an A pre breastfeeding, but I'm currently rocking some DDs. Dealing with my first lovely under boob heat rash. How can I prevent it and get some relief now?

Re: busty girls come in!

  • I always tried to keep it 'dry'. Obviously during summer, that's not always possible. I used to dry it off and then put deodorant on underneath. I just found this cream for runners itch, which helps prevent and potentially help heal it (I'm not sure how well that works though for helping once it's there). It's Motistat chafing relief and powder gel. It's only about $5 I think so possibly could be a cheap fix? Hope the girls feel better soon :)

Deodorant. I have also stored things in my bra. I mean where else am I supposed to put my phone when I don't have my purse?
I've totally done this. Or stuck my phone between my boobs while I talk to someone. Finally, they're useful for something.

  • I'm an H and I have never had this problem….and I live in Arizona. I'm going to agree with all the posters that suggested a proper bra with a fitting. It will probably help tons.

  • I haven't had this problem, and agree with the others that it sounds like your bra isn't properly fitted. My girls are large (32G) but with the right bra they're held up well so I never have sweat or discomfort from the heat.
