Full warning, this may be TMI....
So ladies, I was brushing my teeth this morning, and that didn't go over so well. It made me vomit which isn't anything new to me, but I wish I could say that vomit was all that came out.
As I was hanging my head in the toliet throwing up, I couldn't control my pelvic floor muscles and ended up peeing all over the floor.
Now, I am a STM, so I am used to a little piddle coming out with sneezing, hard coughing, belly laughing. But this was a whole new level. And I feel so embarrassed by it, especially since it made me late to work since I had to clean up it.
Please tell me that we've all had some moments like this!

I'm warning you, it's gross.
So, this one time, back in my younger days, I had a wee bit too much wine. I woke up in the middle of the night with the wine shits. Shat my brains out.
But wait. i'm gonna puke too.
So I flip around, bare ass, and puke. Into my shit. Now, I wasn't hugging the bowl, more bent over it, but still, Ewwwwww.
I'm so gross.
Nachos anyone?
Here's a vomit story to make you feel better about yourself though. When I went for my blood work after getting my BFP they had some trouble because the blood stopped partway through the 6 vials they took. I started getting really hot and ended up fainting. When I woke up I had three nurses holding me up and I had vomited all over myself. They wouldn't let me leave and made me call someone to pick me up. DH had just started his new job and was an hour away so I had to call my MIL who didn't yet know I was KU. My MIL came and they covered me in the paper that covers the doctor's examination beds so no one would see my vomity outfit. I ended up having to call in sick to work. Super mortifying.

Yeah. PT will help. I had a problem needing to pee few times during running. I stopped going to the gym because bathroom was too far! I now have my own treadmill. But I miss spinning swimming etc! Anyways. Getting off point here. I did a lot of research. My masseuse recommended a specific vitamin or herb. Research specified that kegels help somewhat but what really helps is building your pelvic floor which is focusing on your glutes. I started doing a lot of glute work. I could tell my problem was starting to improve... Then the BFP... I will have to start all over again.
Side note- why does tmi Tuesday make me green, but this thread was totally fine?
