LO is teaching mama patience

My 20wk OB appt was today, and I decided to ask the NP (she and the doc trade off appts) if she would take a peek and tell us the sex. She agreed, but only had a few minutes before the next appt.

LO kept his/her legs tightly together...like knees pressed hard together. Even when he/she jumped or squirmed, those little legs would not open!

So no news as of today. The NP thought it was hilarious how shy/modest LO is.

I have to be patient and actually wait for my anatomy scan next week. :P

One more week of he or she and baby instead of an actual pronoun...
My appt is not until a week from tomorrow. We can make it through!!!

Lol our little girl did the same thing last week. She kept her hands in her lap but we finally got another peek at her girl parts. The tech was laughing because she said she'd never seen such a shy LO before.

That is too cute. My little girls are not ladies at all and were spread open for all of the world to see. I told them thank you for help with the A/S and now they could close their legs and never open them again LOL
