Hi June Bugs! Today will be day three of stims (150 follistim, 150 Menopur, and 0.3 of saizen HGH plus dexamethasone) and tomorrow will be first monitoring. Already feeling a little more tired than normal (think thats the HGH because I have not slept as well and insomnia is a s/e). And today dealing with GERD when trying to nap, yuck.

QOTD - movie producer. I'd get to read scripts, figure out budgets, and travel to scout locations. I think I'd love it and be good at it.

I know I'm a newbie to this site but I love these check ins!! Now I know why @jaztaz1‌ kept saying to switch from the WTE!! Lol. Today was my last day of the ganarelix...still doing the vivelle patch ever other day...now just waiting for AF to show up so I can start stims!!
QOTD: if I could have any job in the world it would be a photographer and work for national geographic. I love photography and even more to travel. The world is beautiful id love to see more.

@pblge Can I be added? I'm doing Lupron prep for IVF #2 with ICSI. I jumped in really late at the last check-in.
So I'm getting back in the swing of the injections and the Lupron headache. And like @Justone13‌ I am also waiting for AF to show up!

I almost forgot my check-in! Last BCP was yesterday, so there's nothing going on until Thursday for b/w, u/s, and my first stims.

QOTD: My dream is to be an international vegetarian food critic. Perhaps the Vegetarian Times will fly me around the world to sample and critique vegetarian food! YUM!! Barring that, perhaps something with plants?

I'm also waiting for AF... boooooring! I'm on day 8 of Lupron and last time it didn't come until day 12. Trying my best to distract myself to make these days go quicker.

Hi everyone!

I'm still just doing Lupron 5 units, 1 vivelle patch, Lovenox, and baby aspirin. My first blood draw is tomorrow, and I start adding patches on Thursday.

Honestly, there are so many different things I wish I could be/do, so I'm just gonna go with Baby Panda Hugger. Is that a job? Because that sounds great.

QOTW: FBI...working for Travel Channel and introduce viewers to vacation destinations and hidden gems...Bed and Breakfast or setting up some animal rescue/sanctuary! Obviously had hard time choosing one

Hi Ladies!!!

I put on my first Vivelle patch yesterday and had a Centrotide injection this morning. My RE switched me from Ganirelix to Centrotide to see if I would have less side effects, so we'll see. My three big complaints about the Ganirelix was that it really, really stung after injection, it made me very emotional and it made me feel horrible (I am blaming the Ganirelix for the "horrible" feeling, since I didn't have that to the same degree while stimming on the Microdose Lupron protocol). So far the Centrotide was less sting-y and I haven't felt like crying, yet. But since I only gave myself the shot about 90 minutes ago, I'm not sure I'm out of the woods yet with the crying.

QOTD: I would be a zookeeper! @airidh80‌ I think that is how you get to hug baby pandas and other animals

Hi everyone! Today is day 9 of stims, and I'm on track to trigger by the end of the week, hooray! So my ER is probably June 1 at the latest... I'm just barely a June bug!

I started Ganirelix on Sunday night (I'm on an antagonist protocol) which is pretty crappy, like @Carol77B said. It stings! I also get a monster headache about an hour after the shot and spend some quality time in the bathroom at work getting over the worst of it. Other than that, stims are going ok, I just feel like a cow at this point, my stomach is so distended.

QOTD: I'd be a baker. I love making pastries and one of my friends and I always joke about opening our own coffee shop where I would make the desserts and she'd make the coffee.

I would be a restaurant critic/foodie for sure. I would love to eat for a living!

Happy Tuesday ladies

Nothing new here since doing FET, I feel like I'm missing something but I guess this is what happens NOTHING! LOL..... I have an appointment this Thursday and last BCP is June 3rd getting closer but still seems so far.

QOTD: I would be a high school girls soccer coach. I did it when I had absolutely no reason to have a job, lived at home with my parents and just went to school. It's what I love to do and I loved teaching others how to play and watching them progress.

My u/s is this Thurs. to determine lining. Getting an HCG injection on 6/3 (they said it will be inter-uterine... is that going to hurt like the HSG, because $(%*! Or, is it more like an IUI?)

FX for ET on 6/5 still.

QOTD: I'm with @ExoticAntibiotic, I'd make a fantastic billionaire philanthropist (we should go into business together? ;-)). Either that or Pinterest board curator (I have no idea what that person actually does, but it sounds pretty much great, right?).

True, but you see, then I would also have to deal with massive amounts of poo. I'm really only interested in the Hugs. (So, it's probably great that I'm trying to have a baby, because lord knows they NEVER poo.)

Hey Ladies!!

I'm sad to say, but I'm going to go ahead and asked to be removed from the checkin. Ever since my IUI conversion last week, things have progressed quickly and I had IUI #3.2 today with 3 follicles on my right (good tube) side, and 8.8 millions swimmers (considering DH's MFI, this is 3x the amount from our last IUI!!). So now I'm already in the 2WW. If things don't work out, I'll likely be joining the July Cycle group, as that will be the earliest that I can do ER in IVF 1.2.

My fantasy career has always been a music producer or a diplomatic translator. I have always loved both music and languages, but science seemed the most stable career so it won out.

Hello everyone… I believe I am one of latest June Bugs. I am only one week into my BCPs. So I don’t have an update. My meds should be delivered tomorrow and I have instruction appointment tomorrow as well. Since this is my first cycle, I am excited and nervous all in one.

QOTD: @runawaylaurel I will join you in the coffee shop!! I also love to bake and cook. My friends tell me all the time that I should open up my own place. Right now I am on a mission to make the perfect doughnut. I will be on attempt #3 tonight. They have all been good, but not what I am looking for. I will say that my hubby isn’t complaining about me trying so much. @ikrystal could be our critic to make sure that we keep up the good work.

I'm ready to join the June Bugs! My last BCP is tomorrow, then wait for AF. I have a tentative baseline appt on June 2nd. We are on our 2nd IVF cycle, our 1st gave us our beautiful daughter who just turned 2!

Hi ladies!

Good luck to everyone stimming right now or getting ready to! @runawaylaurel, I am right behind or with you. I am finishing up stimming this week - I'm on day 8 today. Don't know if they'll push me to 12 or not. But I think the latest I would have ER is 6/2. Earliest would be 5/31 but hope it's okay if I stick on this check in

No real side effects other than being moody... I had my E2 at somewhere over 500 today and they said they had 4 measurable follicles - I think there are actually 4 or 5 more but the Dr. who did the measurements today I think only measured the larger ones.

Getting excited! And nervous!

ETA QOTW: I always forget this! I have a whole list lol. Architect is up there. Professional concert goer and reviewer. Marine biologist. Or some big celebrity's buyer - someone who picks out clothes and furniture for someone else. Fashion Designer. Interior Designer.

Yes pblge it does look like we will be cycle buddies! I hope it's a good cycle for us both.

I will start microdose Lupron tomorrow morning, and then bravelle/menopur on Friday.

I think If I could be anything, I think I would have still worked in medicine, but I think I would have been either an ob/gyn, or a neonatologist. I've found that those are areas I think I would enjoy.

Or, a famous singer. Like really famous!

I will be starting on BCP on Thursday! I'm so excited and relieved to have AF start last night. I did a natural cycle for the fist time in 10 months and I was so paranoid that it would be anovulatory and AF wouldn't show up in time to have ER and ET before my 35th birthday. But thankfully AF arrived on CD27 so I'm ready to start prepping! I'm doing a luteal Lupron protocol and starting Lupron in 2 weeks. Has anyone else done or are doing this protocol? I don't have my calendar yet so I have no idea what to expect.

Hi ladies! We are going to be doing our third FET from IVF 1 (fourth transfer) or FET 1.3 in the week of June 9th or 16th. Our May FET just failed.

Can I jump in here?

QOTW: I would be a behavioural economist. Kind of lame, I know. But that's the program that I gave up to have a better "work/life balance" and "have a family" before we found out that the "have a family" part wasn't going to work. I obviously regret that decision tremendously in hindsight.

Hi everyone! This is my first check-in with the group as I seem to keep missing it each week, sorry. Life has just been too busy. Anyway, I started my estrogen patch last week and will have my baseline appt on Wednesday morning. This is a new protocol for me so I'm not sure when I'll start stimming, but I may start my shots tomorrow night. Yikes, can't believe it's here already.

@tabbytown and @Magriti - welcome and good luck!

@Lillovebug79 - I think the LLP is the standard protocol. I don't know if it's *always* the same, but for me I started Lupron a few days before my last BCP, then kept it going during the lull before stims. I took a lower dose every day during stims until triggering with HCG. ER will likely be towards the end of June for you, if you don't start Lupron for two more weeks. Be warned that some women have terrible side effects with Lupron, although I didn't have any.

Thanks @pblge‌! That's helpful. I know I start Lupron in 2 weeks but I have no idea if I'm just doing FSH or a combo of drugs for stims. I hope I'll find out soon. I really want to know how much my meds will end up costing (and I hope DH doesn't flip his lid if it's more than the $3000-$3500 I told him).

I've been benched! Fighting with the insurance about coverage for meds. One person says yes they're covered and another no they're not. Pharmacy says that'll be $3900..... I said I paid extra for this ivf rider which says meds are covered. Exhausting, but thankfully today God sent me an angel rep who is working it out. Just won't have it worked in time to start protocol this weekend. Oh well the faithful march on! Mark 11:22
