Hi all! I hope that you have had a wonderful holiday weekend! I was admitted to the hospital yesterday because of bleeding and contractions. They have given me a steroid shot to help little man develop just in case and have me on fluids and magnesium. I haven't dilated any more since yesterday so that is great news! The Dr. says she will know more by 4:00 and will make a decision then. Please pray that all goes well and that I can keep our little Baylor in for just a few more weeks:0)

Since coming off of the magnesium my contractions have stayed very spaced out and I have not dilated anymore! So the Dr. is going to give me one more round of steroids for little Baylor in a few hours and then we get to go home! I am have a follow up visit in 2 days and am on bed rest but for now it looks like our little guy is staying put! I am so thankful for your thoughts and prayers ladies! I know they worked!

Seriously though ladies listen to your instincts! On Sunday I was feeling a little off and hadn't felt Baylor move quite as much as usual but I still felt him so I brushed it off. I was really tired and nauseated but just attributed it to being pregnant and feeling kind of lazy. By the middle of Sunday night I was having lots of pain in my stomach but I still ignored it. At 2:00 am sunday morning I threw up and still didn't think anything of it...At 8:00 Monday morning there was a gush of bright red blood and I went to the hospital. Looking back my body gave me all the warning signs I should have payed attention. If in doubt CALL THE DR!!!! Don't feel like a burden!!! I didn't want to be an aggravation to anyone and it landed me and little one in the hospital for over 24 hours. Thankfully we are both going to be ok but it really could have been prevented!!!
