Why does my baby hate sleep. She woke up from 2:30-6 last night, then up for the day at 7 and hasn't napped since. I've been dropping things and walking into walls all day.

I am at work. DH said last night before going to bed, " Haha you have to work and I get to stay home with the baby all day!!" Fuck you very much DH.

Also DH quit using all our data when you are at work. I can't bump. WIFI is your friend.

DH has worked all weekend and is working today as well (yay retail!) so I've been solo since Friday. I told the ILs I would bring LO to their house today for a cookout, but they live an hour and a half away. I really just want to hang out at home on the couch

My bitch is on behalf of LO.

Why is it that right when I start to get my top teeth in, I get a nasty cold. Now I have drool and snot running down my face and it is not an attractive look.

I will probably have to cancel lost of my play dates this week.

@Natalie2167‌ That's what's going on here, too. We're still waiting for his first tooth and the snotty mess turned into a cough and possible cold.

@MitsB707‌ Yup. We have a cough and tons of snot filled sneezing. Poor guy just wants to chew on his Sophie, but it's covered in snot.

I hope your DS feels better soon and the teeth come in quickly.

I know some of you are having more baby sleep issues than this...but we got used to LO sleeping through the night...now...we get at least one wake up...sometimes 3 or 4.....and getting her back to sleep takes WAY to long...I am hoping this ends soon and she goes back to STTN

Wtf?! Did she look over at all when you said that, like acknowledging she heard you? I would have said something, that's jacked up.

DH's grandmother came to stay with us after my c-section. Don't get me wrong she was helpful and without her I probably wouldn't have eaten but I have only child syndrome and didn't feel I could be comfortable in my own house. That's a horrible feeling after all the complications I had and the emotions of Kylie being in the nicu. Her 2 week visit got cut to 1 week I couldn't take it anymore.

My boob hurts. No idea why, but it does. I pumped and tried nursing on that side to no avail. Had to bust out the ibuprofin to help. Stupid boob.

I'm super unhappy with my MIL right now.

MH and I planned on seeing a movie today in the afternoon. So, at about 10 AM, I contact my parents and ask them if they can babysit for us. We pick a movie time, and arrange everything, and our plans are set.

An hour before we leave the house, MIL starts texting MH asking why she can't babysit instead. Well, maybe it's because the plans have been made, and we're getting ready to leave. I'm not changing everything last minute because you decided you wanted to see LO and it had to be RIGHT NOW.

She then proceeded to get all butt hurt and stop talking to us for about 2-3 hours (whomp whomp). THEN, to top it off, she made MH feel guilty about the whole thing, so he's been sucking up to her all night.

Way to take a not-a-big-deal situation and make yourself the victim MIL. Good job.
