    Totally rude - you responded so politely, so kudos to you!!

    I had a pharmacy cashier ask me if DH and I are using condoms for contraception right now - not a pharmacist, a cashier - I wanted to tell her that we're banging like animals and just making a mess where we please, but I figured it would be better to just walk away.     My other favorite way to answer when asked if dd1 had been planned was to launch into our miscarriage and infertility treatments. Hey, you ask an uncomfortable question, you deserve an uncomfortable answer. But you as the answerer have to be comfortable sharing that information.

    When people asked me if dd was planned, I did just that. I said, "well, I had a miscarriage a couple of months ago, so evidently my plans don't always work out."

    BFP: 7/5/10   EDD: 3/13/11  Miscarriage 8/1/10 at 8 weeks

    BFP: 10/30/10   EDD: 7/7/11   Born 7/11//11 7lb12oz, 20 in.
