Appetizer needed - NBR

Hi ladies,

My aunt is having a get together because that side of the family has never met DS!  We're friendly, but not super close.  Anyways, I'm bringing an appetizer but am having trouble thinking of ideas.  What's your go-to appy to bring?  I'd like to serve it cold and it needs to be easy to transport and very easy for this one-handed mama to assemble (no stuffing tomatoes, for instance).  No dietary restrictions that I know of.  Thanks!

In the summer an easy one is a blueberry skewer...you just take a skewer fill it with berries a and drizzle with some chocolate....or do blueberries, strawberries & white chocolate for an easy red, white and blue! They are shockingly pretty when done, but are more casual event friendly. Good luck!

My go-to is deviled eggs. But DH has an automatic egg cooker, which makes the hard-boiling part easy. Previously, I never used to make them as I could never get the hard-boiling part to work right on the stove, and then the shells would never peel well, and I'd get frustrated. It's not a very trendy, hip, Pinterest-y thing, but one that I enjoy from my childhood. I'd love to have leftovers to take home, but there never are any!

I love the dried beef or ham wrapped pickles. You take the slice of meat, put cream cheese on it then wrap it around a sliced pickle. Then slice into bite size sections and put toothpicks in them. Sounds disgusting but surprisingly delicious.
