My Decision

After being on the verge of a break down this week and really for quite some time DH and I went to dinner last night to discuss this job situation. I told him my reasoning for wanting to leave my current position and we looked at the pro's and con's. We decided that IF i get an interview and IF i am offered the job that i will take it!!! I told him i would continue to search for something in our district but for now thought that might be the best option for our family and for my mental health....We will have to live within a budget but it will be doable.

And of course if i brought this up to my current employer and they were willing to change some of my responsibilities, AND be more lenient with leave time then i would consider staying on.
