I'm a squirter

Lately I've been squirting breastmilk everywhere. If my breast are full I have to keep a bra and a breast pads on. My most interesting moment is when my baby latched off and milk squirted in hid baby's eye. Wow!! Good thing breastmilk is a cure all. Is anyone else a geyser?

Yep. I was really hoping my boobs would be more competent this time around, but.. nope. They learned nothing from the previous 16 months of nursing.

Yes! It just started happening to me yesterday. I was feeding LO and he unlatched and I wasn't paying attention. I looked down and had a small stream spraying his face. I felt so bad lol.

This has been happening to me since about 1 week pp. My milk came in quickly and plentifully. I've gotten LO in the eye and forehead. Actually, he initially had trouble with his latch, so I would let down before he was really on and he learned quickly that if he just lay there with his mouth open, he would get a few mouthfuls without even latching. So funny to watch him lay there, mouth open, head turning side to side as he's showered with milk...but also a huge mess!!

Yep my right boob is like this. Sometimes it catches LO off guard and other times he handles it like a champ.

LO and I have taken several breastmilk showers when she unlatches at night and I'm not paying enough attention.

FFFC: rather than get up and change our sheets and clothes, I will often throw a recieving blanket over the wet spot, strip us both, and go back to sleep sans shirts.

This happens to me. My LC said it's because I have a fast let down which is why the goods spray out like crazy.

Yes, sometimes LO gets it started then pops off and ends up spraying himself in the face!

Yes, it's amazing how quickly milk can come out. Yesterday I was nursing in the dark and had no idea it was happening and it got EVERYWHERE!!!!

For those of you that leak, have you heard of Milk Savers. I had no idea about these, but supposedly they catch your leaked milk while you are nursing so you can use it! Thinking about getting some.
