She can make tears to flush it out on her own now, but is there any way I can help her get it out before it winds up stuck under an eyelid and really irritating her or infecting something? #-o

I think its better not to attemp to get it out and risk scratching or further irritating her eye. My LO gets his own eyelashes and other things in his eye often, and I have that same urge to remove it. My father (pediatrician) said to leave it and it will flush out on it's own.
